AIA Singapore Looking For Better Performance Certificates For Wealth Managers

AIA Singapore is one of the biggest insurance companies in the Singapore which is leading in its field. The company has always provided high quality care for their customers through managing wealth. However, recent news show updates in their strategy and team as the company has recently insisted on acquiring certain trainings and certificates that will help them be the best in the region.

Recent news from the company has shown that the wealth managers of the organization are getting certain trainings and certificates including the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF) certification. These type of certificates are generally provided to private bankers. Yet the company insisted on having such a certifications to help increase the quality of the service provided to their customers.

This certification will be provided through a partnership that will be made with Nanyang Technological University’s Wealth Management Institute (WMI). AIA experts will also go through the Certified Private Banker (CPB) program provided by WMI to help deliver all the competencies needed to conduct their work. The financial sector in Singapore is already booming, yet such changes can ensure the sustainability of the growth or even expanding to bigger and higher levels. The company has already acquired the Client Advisor Competency Standards Assessment and WMI’s CPB Level 1. They will still move forward towards the next levels associated with the IBF standards which are level 2 and level 3.
